We aim to keep descriptions, prices and links accurate. A product's Gumroad checkout page contains the final transaction price and purchase details. Website content may be updated as products and services change.
Digital product licence
Unless a product listing says otherwise, a purchase grants one buyer a non-exclusive licence to use and customise the files for their own personal or business use. Source files may not be resold, sublicensed, shared, redistributed or presented as a competing template product.
Custom services
The agreed package, deliverables, delivery estimate and information required from the customer will be shown before purchase or confirmed in writing. Delivery timing begins after all required materials are received. Customers must have permission to provide any logos, photos, text or other materials submitted for use.
Intellectual property
The website design, product previews, original templates and written content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying template system or brand.
Acceptable use
Products and services may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, hateful or rights-infringing activity. Nothing on this website promises a particular sales, ranking or social-media result.
