Information we receive
We may receive information you choose to send by email, such as your name, email address, order reference and support message. When you purchase through Gumroad, Gumroad processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy terms. Urban Edge Designs does not ask you to send card details by email.
Analytics and technical data
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, device types, referral sources, page performance and interactions such as outbound purchase-link clicks. Analytics does not load until you select “Accept analytics” in the website notice. You may decline without losing access to the website.
How information is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, provide purchased or requested services, resolve support issues, maintain records, prevent misuse and improve the website.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the business, including Gumroad for checkout and delivery and Google for consented analytics, subject to their own terms. We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for support, legal, tax and operational purposes.
