How will I receive a digital product?
Your purchase is completed on Gumroad. After successful payment, Gumroad provides your receipt and access to the files included in that product.
Will the website price and Gumroad price match?
Yes. The price displayed on an Urban Edge Designs product page will match the standard price on its linked Gumroad listing. If a temporary Gumroad promotion applies, the checkout price shown by Gumroad controls the transaction.
Do I need Canva Pro?
Check the requirements on the individual product page. A product labelled Canva Free compatible is designed to work without a paid Canva subscription.
What can I edit?
Editable products clearly list what can be changed, such as text, colours, fonts and images. PDFs or reference files that are not editable will be labelled accordingly.
Can I resell the templates?
No, unless a product explicitly includes resale rights. Standard purchases are for the buyer's own personal or business use and do not allow redistribution of source files.
What information is needed for custom content?
Usually your logo, brand colours, services, target customer, website or social links, and any offers you want included. The exact brief depends on the package.
How quickly is custom work delivered?
The delivery estimate is shown before purchase and confirmed after your brief is received. Timing begins once all required information has been supplied.
What if a file is faulty or not as described?
Contact us with your order details. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy in line with the product description, Gumroad's process and your applicable statutory rights.
