At URBAN EDGE, we strive to deliver premium cyberpunk streetwear tailored specifically for you. Because our products are Made-to-Order, we operate under a specific set of guidelines to ensure sustainability and quality.

1. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Every item is printed and crafted specifically for you once an order is placed. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
• Wrong size selection (Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing).
• Incorrect color choice.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged, has a printing error, or is the wrong item due to our mistake, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

• Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
• Evidence Required: Please email us at urbanedgedesigns88@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage/error.

3. LOST PACKAGES

If your order is lost in transit and the tracking shows no delivery, please contact us. We will investigate with our shipping partners and arrange a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

4. CANCELLATIONS

Orders are sent to production almost immediately. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
